Receive your order

After your payment is processed and we receive your order request, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you haven't received any email updates about your order, it's likely they were marked as spam. Processing time

In this part, it will take about 1~4 business days for the quality control and arrange a suitable shipment. After the package ship out, we will send you an email about the shipment information, including the tracking info.

Tariffs

Normally, our customers would not be charged tariffs. However, because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes. As per our policy, customers need to afford the tariffs, so please contact the local customs office to get your parcel first. If you do not, there is a high possibility that your parcel be destroyed but not returned.

Easy Return within 30 days

If you are not satisfied with what you bought on Plusbellas, you may be eligible to return it and get a refund within 30 days.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. You have 30 days to confirm if you need toe return or exchange. We can not process it after 30 days since you receive the items.
  2. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept items that’s worn, washed or altered.
  3. You need to send us the photos of items, so that our customer service team can have an assessment and confirmation, then we can provide further support.
  4. Items must be shipped back to the warehouse address provided by customer service, NOT the address on the original packing.
  5. After you return the items, tracking number should be sent to our customer service team.
  6. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without contacting us before.

 

Shipping fee for returning items

  1. If the items have quality defect, or our company send wrong items, wrong size, shipping fee will be refunded.
  2. If customer just dislikes the item and needs to return the product with personal issues. Shipping fee is non-refundable. Return will be made at your own cost. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
  3. If customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will partially refund the original product price, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  1. Any returned item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

How to return items

  1. Please contact our customer service by email in 30 days since you receive the items.
  2. Send us your order number/order email address, the photos of items and the reason you need to return. Then our customer service team can confirm your order info, have an assessment and provide further support.
  3. After receiving the return address from us, please pack the items in original packing and sent it back. You should consider using a trackable shipping service, then send us the tracking number to guarantee that we can receive your returned item.
  4. After we receive the returned items, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, Paypal or original method of payment. You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund is issued.

 

Usually PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 10-30 business days to process.

Return for Exchanges
