After you place an order, it takes 1~4 business days for us to process your order, we'll double check the quality to make sure no defects before shipment.

Then it takes 7~15 business days for transit. So in total it usually takes 8-18 business days to deliver your merchandise.

Receive your order

After your payment is processed and we receive your order request, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you haven't received any email updates about your order, it's likely they were marked as spam. Processing time

In this part, it will take about 1~4 business days for the quality control and arrange a suitable shipment. After the package ship out, we will send you an email about the shipment information, including the tracking info.

Tariffs

Normally, our customers would not be charged tariffs. However, because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes. As per our policy, customers need to afford the tariffs, so please contact the local customs office to get your parcel first. If you do not, there is a high possibility that your parcel be destroyed but not returned.

2. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
