1. Payment
1.1 What payment method does Plusbellas Accept?
Plusbellas.com accept PayPal.
1.2 When will my PayPal be charged?
Once you confirm the order and complete payment on PayPal's page, you'll get charged.
1.3 What tax will I be charged?
Plusbellas.com is required by law to declare an accurate value on all shipments. Tariff is not included in the final price on the order review page.
2. Shipping & Tracking order
2.1 I just placed an order, how to track my parcel?
Once shipped, the tracking number will be updated. You can click the 'track my order' on the footer of our website, enter the tracking number, or enter order number and email address, then you can track the order status.
Also, you can just log in your account and find it out on order status page. If you have problems tracking your order, do not hesitate to contact us at support@plusbellas.com
2.2 Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally but please note that we do not ship to Ascension Island, Colombia, India, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Tristan da Cunha, Zimbabwe, United Kingdom. And customers are responsible for the taxes or unexpected local problems.
2.3 What is the shipping fee?
We offer FREE shipping to United States, Australia, France, Germany, Brazil, Indonesia, Japan, Russia, Singapore, Spain.
For other countries, shipping fee varies on the order price, detailed cost is clearly showed Shipping Policy. Please refer to details in Shipping Policy. Also you could see the shipping fee on the checkout page.
3. Return
3.1 What is your return policy?
Our policy last 30 days. Please contact us by email support@plusbellas.com in 30 days since you receive the items. Please refer to details in Return Policy.
3.2 My product is damaged or defective, what do I do?
We would accept exchange or refund if confirmed meet the Return & Exchange Conditions. Please refer to details in Return Policy.
4. Cancellation
4.1 What if I want to cancel my order?
You can cancel it provided that the product is not yet shipped by the warehouse. Please email our customer service at support@plusbellas.com ASAP.
And please carefully consider before cancellation as it will take times even if you order the same items again.

6. Products
6.1 How to choose my shoes size
Be barefoot or put on socks that you plan to wear with the new shoes
Stand on a hard surface. Tape a piece of paper down to the floor. You are going to trace an outline of your foot to measure, so avoid doing this on carpet or any other surface that will be difficult to write on.
Place your foot firmly on top of the piece of paper. Try to put your foot perpendicular to any lines on your paper. You can stand, sit on a chair or crouch down.
Draw the outline of your foot all the way around. Mark the length and width of your foot on the paper.
Measure the length of your foot. Use a tape to measure the distance between two most prominent points (from back of the heel to the end of the longest toe). Write down the numbers you get.
Finally compare the number to 'insole heel to toe' on our size guide, you will get the shoes size.
